ΑΑΔΕ: Στέλνει «λυπητερές» για παρελθόντα χρέη, εξαϋλώνει τα επιδόματα

Σε μαζική παραγωγή εκκαθαριστικών σημειωμάτων για υποθέσεις του παρελθόντος προβαίνει η ΑΑΔΕ για να προλάβει την παραγραφή τους στις 31 Δεκεμβρίου.

Η κάθετη πτώση των φορολογικών εσόδων, λόγω της ύφεσης, των lockdown και των αναστολών πληρωμών φόρων, είχε ως αποτέλεσμα η ΑΑΔΕ να ανασύρει από τα συρτάρια της, όλες τις παλαιές υποθέσεις, σε μια προσπάθεια να βεβαιώσει και να εισπράξει έσοδα.

Από το «σαφάρι» της Εφορίας δεν εξαιρείται κανείς, καθώς στο στόχαστρο βρίσκονται μισθωτοί, συνταξιούχοι, επαγγελματίες και επιχειρήσεις, για αναδρομικά αποδοχών, για λάθη ή παραλείψεις στις φορολογικές δηλώσεις, για μη υποβολή δηλώσεων και για διαδικαστικές παραβάσεις.

Αυτή την περίοδο και μέχρι την 31η Δεκεμβρίου καταφτάνουν σημειώματα σε όλες τις κατηγορίες των φορολογουμένων, μεταξύ των οποίων είναι και όσοι δεν υπέβαλαν το 2014, συγκεντρωτικές καταστάσεις πελατών-προμηθευτών.

Οι επαγγελματίες-υπόχρεοι και οι λογιστές τους έμειναν ήσυχοι ότι έγιναν αποδεκτές οι δηλώσεις τους, αλλά η ΑΑΔΕ είχε άλλη άποψη και μετά από τέσσερα χρόνια, άρχισε να στέλνει σημειώματα με βεβαίωση προστίμων, θεωρώντας ότι οι δηλώσεις δεν έχουν υποβληθεί.

Τα πρόστιμα, μάλιστα ανέρχονται σε 100 ευρώ ανά τρίμηνο, που σημαίνει ότι ανέρχονται σε 400 ευρώ, για τον καθένα υπόχρεο είτε είναι ελεύθερος επαγγελματίας είτε επιχείρηση.

Επίσης κοινοποιούνται πρόστιμα και φόροι για ξεχασμένα αναδρομικά ή κανονικές αμοιβές, μισθωτών, συνταξιούχων εσωτερικού ή εξωτερικού, που αφορούν επίσης το έτος 2014, το οποίο παραγράφεται στις 31 Δεκεμβρίου. Την ίδια ημερομηνία παραγράφονται και παλαιότερες υποθέσεις (ανάλογα με την περίπτωση) των ετών 2011, 2009 και 2004.

Και οι διασταυρώσεις των πάντων!

Οι έλεγχοι στα αρχεία των Εφοριών, όπως αναφέρει το sofokleousin.gr, δεν περιορίζονται μόνο στις συγκεκριμένες υποθέσεις, αλλά διενεργούνται και ευρύτερες διασταυρώσεις, για τα στοιχεία των παραγραφόμενων ετών, όπως είναι οι κινήσεις τραπεζικών καταθέσεων, οι πληρωμές λογαριασμών κοινής ωφελείας (τηλεφωνία, ρεύμα κ.ά.) αλλά και άλλες δαπάνες που μπορούν να αποτελέσουν σημαντική πηγή άντλησης πληροφοριών από την ΑΑΔΕ προκειμένου να εντοπίσει αδήλωτα εισοδήματα και φυσικά κρυμμένες τεκμαρτές δαπάνες.

Σε περίπτωση που από τα στοιχεία που διαθέτει η Εφορία προκύπτει ότι έχουν αποκτηθεί από φορολογούμενο (φυσικό πρόσωπο) εισοδήματα ημεδαπής ή αλλοδαπής από μισθούς, συντάξεις, αμοιβές από επιχειρηματική δραστηριότητα, εισοδήματα από ακίνητα, μερίσματα, τόκους, δικαιώματα κ.λπ. και δεν έχουν περιληφθεί σε δήλωσή του, τότε εκδίδεται και κοινοποιείται πράξη διοικητικού προσδιορισμού φόρου εισοδήματος, με την οποία προσδιορίζεται ο τυχόν οφειλόμενος επιπλέον φόρος και κατά περίπτωση τα τυχόν ποσά της ειδικής εισφοράς αλληλεγγύης, του τέλους επιτηδεύματος και του φόρου πολυτελούς διαβίωσης.

Οι φοροελεγκτικές αρχές μπορούν να συγκεντρώσουν και να αξιοποιήσουν στοιχεία και δεδομένα από ετήσιες βεβαιώσεις εισοδημάτων που έχουν ληφθεί με τη χρήση ηλεκτρονικής μεθόδου επικοινωνίας μέσω διαδικτύου, όπως, βεβαιώσεις αποδοχών ή συντάξεων, αμοιβών από επιχειρηματική δραστηριότητα, εισοδημάτων από μερίσματα, τόκους, δικαιώματα κ.τ.λ.

Ειδικότερα τα στοιχεία που αντλούν και διασταυρώνουν, μεταξύ των άλλων, οι ελεγκτές της Εφορίας αφορούν:

Κινήσεις καταθετικών λογαριασμών ή και λογαριασμών πληρωμών φυσικών προσώπων, οι οποίοι εμφανίζουν είτε συνολική ετήσια κίνηση χρέωσης είτε συνολική ετήσια κίνηση πίστωσης μεγαλύτερη των 100.000 ευρώ.
Κινήσεις χαρτοφυλακίων των φυσικών προσώπων αξίας μεγαλύτερης από 200.000 ευρώ.
Μερίσματα, που διανεμήθηκαν σε φυσικά και νομικά πρόσωπα κατά το προηγούμενο ημερολογιακό έτος από εταιρείες με μετοχές εισηγμένες στο Χρηματιστήριο Αθηνών.
Τα χρηματικά ποσά που πραγματικά καταβάλλονται για τοκοχρεολυτική απόσβεση δανείων, περιλαμβανομένων και των δεδουλευμένων και καταβλημένων τόκων, καθώς και των τυχόν τόκων υπερημερίας (αποτελούν τεκμήριο).
Συναλλαγές καρτών πληρωμής (χρεωστικών, πιστωτικών, προπληρωμένων κ.λπ.)
Οι κινήσεις των καρτών πληρωμών (πιστωτικών ή και χρεωστικών), συμπεριλαμβανομένων των συναλλαγών ανάληψης σε ελληνικά ΑΤΜ ή ATM της αλλοδαπής.
Δίδακτρα ιδιωτικών σχολείων
Νοσήλια ιδιωτικών θεραπευτηρίων
Λογαριασμοί τηλεφώνων, ρεύματος, νερού.

Rolls-Royce Names Panos Kakoullis New CFO
