"Μαύρες ημέρες" για το πορτοφόλι του Έλληνα
Σε ένα νέο «σκοτεινό τούνελ» μπαίνει σταδιακά ο ελληνικός λαός, που ήδη βλέπει να διαδεύδονται οι ελπίδες του για «επούλωση των πληγών» της πρόσφατης κρίσης και κάθε ημέρα συνειδητοποιεί ότι νέα δεινά τον αναμένουν με πολλαπλές επιπτώσεις για την οικογενειακή οικονομία και το επίπεδο ζωής.
Η προ ημερησίας διατάξεως συζήτηση για την κυβερνητική πολιτική σχετικά με τις επιπτώσεις της υγειονομικής κρίσης στη χώρα μεταξύ άλλων αποκάλυψε το πραγματικό πρόβλημα της οικονομίας και κατ΄ επέκταση των πολιτών αυτής της χώρας.
Οι «αριθμοί της φτώχειας»
Το μεγάλο ερώτημα γύρω από την πορεία της ελληνικής οικονομίας αφορά τις επιδόσεις του τουρισμού, σύμφωνα με την UBS, καθώς καθοριστικό για το ελληνικό ΑΕΠ φέτος είναι το πόσο θα διαρκέσει το "χτύπημα" από την πανδημία στον συγκεκριμένο κλάδο.
Όπως επισημαίνει η ελβετική τράπεζα, σύμφωνα με τις εκτιμήσεις της, η συρρίκνωση της ελληνικής οικονομίας φέτος θα φτάσει το 10% τουλάχιστον.
Εκτός από το οικονομικό κόστος της πανδημίας του κορονοϊού, η διάρκεια αυτού του σοκ στον σημαντικό για την Ελλάδα κλάδο του τουρισμού είναι επίσης δύσκολο να υπολογιστεί, με το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των τουριστικών εσόδων πιθανότατα να χαθούν το καλοκαίρι, όπως εκτιμά.
Παράλληλα η UBS επισημαίνει πως ο δείκτης του ελληνικού χρέους θα ξεπεράσει το 200% του ΑΕΠ φέτος, κάτι που αποτελεί ένα τεράστιο εμπόδιο στον δρόμο της ανάκαμψης στον οποίο είχε μπει η Ελλάδα το τελευταίο διάστημα.
Η φτώχεια «δείχνει τα δόντια» της στον κόσμο της εργασίας και τις επιχειρήσεις
Το φασμα της ανεργίας και μάλιστα για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα απειλεί πλέον εκατοντάδες χιλιάδες εργαζόμενους, τις οικογένειές τους και τα συνδεδεμένα πρόσωπα. Ήδη, μόνο το Μάρτιο χάθηκαν περισσότερες από 145 χιλιάδες θέσεις εργασίας, χωρίς να καταγράφεται «βροχή λουκέτων» σε επιχειρήσεις που πλήττονται από την πανδημία.

Οι εργαζόμενοι και οι άνεργοι απειλούνται να τεθούν στο περιθώριο. Το υπουργείο Εργασίας εκτεθειμένο ήδη από την τηλεκατάρτιση μαϊμού, αδυνατεί να σχεδιάσει μέτρα για να αποτρέψει τον κίνδυνο μαζικής ανεργίας. Το Υπουργείο Οικονομικών καταλαβαίνει το πρόβλημα και σχετικά καθυστερημένα διαρρέει σχέδιο για επιδότηση εργασίας. Σχέδιο που συνδέεται όμως με διεύρυνση της μερικής απασχόλησης, με δυσμενείς αλλαγές στους όρους και τις συμβάσεις των εργαζομένων.
Από την άλλη πλευρά, οι τράπεζες συνεχίζουν το βιολί τους. Εφαρμόζουν τα κλασσικά τραπεζικά κριτήρια που στερούν κυρίως μικρομεσαίους που έχουν ανάγκη της ρευστότητας, από δάνεια. Το χρήμα διοχετεύεται πάλι στους έχοντες», ενώ επανεκκίνηση της μικρομεσαίας επιχείρησης με αυτές τις κατανομές κονδυλίων και τα τραπεζικά κριτήρια δεν πρόκειται να γίνει. Μένει ακάλυπτη η ραχοκοκαλιά της οικονομίας.
 Ομοίως, οι μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις εμπαίζονται και αφήνονται στην τύχη τους. Ανάλογη είναι η εικόνα στην αγροτική οικονομία, όπου αγρότες και κτηνοτρόφοι δίνουν μια άνιση μάχη για να καλλιεργήσουν, να διαθέσουν τα προιόντα και κυρίως να κρατήσουν τις ιδιοκτησίες τους, που απειλούνται από τις τράπεζες.
Ο πρόεδρος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Αλέξης Τσίπρας
«Με αυτόν τον τρόπο που κυβερνάτε», είπε ο πρόεδρος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Αλέξης Τσίπρας, «ο Σεπτέμβρης θα μας βρει με χιλιάδες λουκέτα και ανέργους» και «χωρίς μαξιλάρι», ενώ σημείωσε ότι «την ώρα που ο επικεφαλής της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδας, Γιάννης Στουρνάρας κάνει λόγο για ύφεση 4%, οι διεθνείς προβλέψεις ξεπερνούν το 10% για την Ελλάδα, λόγω της κρίσης στον τουρισμό».
   «Εγώ το 4% αυτό σας το χαρίζω. Οτιδήποτε όμως παραπάνω γράψει το κοντέρ θα έχει την υπογραφή και τη σφραγίδα σας. Θα είναι η ύφεση του Κυριάκου Μητσοτάκη εξαιτίας της αδράνειάς του, της ατολμίας του αλλά και της αδυναμίας του να προβλέψει τι ακριβώς χρειάζεται η ελληνική οικονομία», υπογράμμισε ο Αλ. Τσίπρας, ενώ αναφέρθηκε σε "ποσοστά αυτοδυναμίας" της ΝΔ όχι στις εκλογές, αλλά στην ύφεση, αφού αθροιστικά είχε 25% ύφεση από το 2008 μέχρι το 2014 και μαζί με την πρόβλεψη για 15% φέτος, φτάνει το 40%.

Η πρόεδρος του Κινήματος Αλλαγής Φώφη Γεννηματά κατά τη διάρκεια της προ ημερησίας διατάξεως συζήτηση για την κυβερνητική πολιτική σχετικά με τις επιπτώσεις της υγειονομικής κρίσης στη χώρα ανέφερε:
«Υπάρχει μια δυσμενής πραγματικότητα υποστηρίζοντας ότι η επόμενη μέρα της χώρας κινείται σε δύο μέτωπα, το υγειονομικό και την οικονομία, για τα οποία κατέθεσε σειρά προτάσεων «άμεσης εφαρμογής, συγκεκριμένες, στοχευμένες και ρεαλιστικές».
   Στο υγειονομικό μέτωπο μίλησε για την πλήρη στήριξη του ΕΣΥ ενώ για την ανάκαμψη της οικονομίας κατέθεσε συγκεκριμένες προτάσεις:
   - Πρόγραμμα επιδότησης εργασίας και στήριξης των ανέργων.
   - Στήριξη των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων.
   - Προστασία της πρώτης κατοικίας των ασθενέστερων δανειοληπτών από πλειστηριασμούς.
   - Ειδικά Προγράμματα για τους αγρότες.
   - Πρόγραμμα ενίσχυσης του τουρισμού.

Ο ΓΓ της ΚΕ του ΚΚΕ, Δημήτρης Κουτσούμπας, στη σημερινή του ομιλία στη Βουλή, στην προ ημερησίας διατάξεως συζήτηση για τις επιπτώσεις της υγειονομικής κρίσης στη χώρα ανέφερε ότι η άρση της καραντίνας θα αποκαλύψει ακόμα ότι η καπιταλιστική οικονομία μπαίνει σε βαθιά και αβέβαιη, ως προς το χρόνο και τη διάρκεια της, κρίση.
Τόνισε ότι ο καπιταλισμός είναι που φέρνει μια ακόμα οικονομική κρίση, με την παγκόσμια οικονομία να επιβραδύνει πριν την πανδημία, η οποία έφερε στην επιφάνεια με έντονο και βίαιο τρόπο τις τεράστιες αντιθέσεις του καπιταλισμού και την μεγάλης κλίμακας υπερσυσσώρευση κεφαλαίων που δεν μπορούν να επενδυθούν.
Υπενθύμισε τις έγκαιρες προειδοποιήσεις του ΚΚΕ και για την αντιλαϊκή πορεία της ελληνικής οικονομίας και για τους κινδύνους έκθεσής της, ιδιαίτερα λόγω της «εξωστρέφειάς» της σε εκδήλωση κρίσης μεσοπρόθεσμα και μακροπρόθεσμα.
Ο γραμματέας του ΜέΡΑ25 Γιάνης Βαρουφάκης
Ζοφερές προβλέψεις για την πορεία της ελληνικής οικονομίας έκανε ο γραμματέας του ΜέΡΑ25 Γιάνης Βαρουφάκης από το βήμα της Βουλής, ενώ κατηγόρησε την κυβέρνηση και προσωπικά τον πρωθυπουργό, ότι «ο λόγος σας αντιπροσωπεύει τον θρίαμβο της προπαγάνδας επί της αλήθειας, θυμίζει ανοιχτή συγκέντρωση προεκλογικής περιόδου».
   Κατά τη διάρκεια της προ ημερησίας διατάξεως συζήτηση για τις επιπτώσεις της υγειονομικής κρίσης στη χώρα, ο επικεφαλής του ΜέΡΑ 25 εξέφρασε την άποψη ότι η κρίση και η ύφεση ήταν ορατή πριν από την πανδημία και εκτίμησε ότι το έλλειμμα φέτος και το επόμενο έτος θα φθάσει στο 15% και αυτός θα είναι ο λόγος που οι εταίροι θα έρθουν και θα απαιτήσουν την λήψη σκληρών μέτρων λιτότητας. Κατηγόρησε επίσης τον κ. Μητσοτάκη ότι επιδόθηκε στα «ψεύτικα τα λόγια τα μεγάλα» όπως έκαναν όλοι οι πρωθυπουργοί πριν από κάθε μνημόνιο.
   Τα ερωτήματα που έθεσε ο κ. Βαρουφάκης προς τον πρωθυπουργό είναι:
   1 . Πόσα θα δανειστεί η κυβέρνηση τη διετία 2020-2021. Θα δανειστεί από ΕΜΣ ή ομόλογα με ποια αναλογία;
   2. Θα μειώσει η κυβέρνηση τους μισθούς στο δημόσιο;
   3. Στον ιδιωτικό τομέα τι θα κάνει με τον κατώτατο μισθό;
   4. Θα μειωθούν ή όχι οι συντάξεις;
   5. Πόση λιτότητα προσμένετε να σας επιβάλλουν του χρόνου;
   6. Οι τράπεζες θα ανακεφαλαιοποιηθούν. Θα κρατικοποιηθούν όμως, οι τράπεζες; Το Δημόσιο θα έχει τον έλεγχο στις αποφάσεις των Διοικητικών Συμβουλίων;
   7. Τι θα κάνει η κυβέρνηση με το σχέδιο Ηρακλής για το κόκκινα δάνεια που ήδη είναι άχρηστο.
   Για το τελευταίο αυτό ερώτημα ο κ. Βαρουφάκης ζήτησε από τον πρωθυπουργό να απαντήσει τι θα κάνει, υποστηρίζοντας ότι αν δεν απαντήσει, ο κ. Μητσοτάκης θα είναι δέσμιος συγκεκριμένων συμφερόντων.
   Ο γραμματέας του ΜέΡΑ25 είπε ότι στην καλύτερη περίπτωση το ΑΕΠ θα μειωθεί περίπου κατά 15% τη διετία 2020- 2021 και πρόσθεσε ότι για τα επόμενα 8-9 χρόνια το δημοσιονομικό κενό θα είναι κατ΄ ελάχιστο 60 δις ευρώ γι αυτό και το κόμμα του ζητούσε ευρωομόλογο και ήταν ο μοναδικός τρόπος να αποφύγουμε λιτότητα.
   Ως προς το Ταμείο Ανάκαμψης που αποφάσισε η ΕΕ, επιτέθηκε με οξύτητα τονίζοντας ότι δεν υπάρχει τέτοιο ταμείο και ότι είναι φύλο συκής. Δεν θα υπάρχει ούτε ένα ευρώ μέσα, είπε ο κ. Βαρουφάκης, γιατί κάθε κράτος θα δώσει εγγυήσεις στην Επιτροπή ώστε να δανειστεί 250-300 δισ. και μετά θα γίνει μόχλευση ώστε να φθάσει στο 1-1,5 τρισ. ευρώ. Αυτή είναι η τακτική της Lehman Brothers, είπε ο επικεφαλής του ΜέΡΑ25 αναφερόμενος στην αμερικανική τράπεζα και την κρίση που προκάλεσε διεθνώς.

Government, Opposition Clash over Bill to Curb Demonstrations in Greece

As the vote for the bill to regulate demonstrations is about to go up for a vote in the Greek Parliament Thursday, there continue to be fierce reactions from the opposition, unions and other sectors of society.
