Με όλες τις ψήφους να έχουν καταμετρηθεί από τις εφορευτικές επιτροπές, οι Σοσιαλδημοκράτες (SPD) αναδεικνύονται νικητές των βουλευτικών εκλογών, μπροστά από τη συντηρητική παράταξη της απερχόμενης καγκελαρίου Άνγκελα Μέρκελ, τη Χριστιανική Ένωση (CDU/CSU)

Ένας μαραθώνιος επαφών και ζυμώσεων, από τις οποίες θα αναδειχθεί το επόμενο κυβερνητικό σχήμα στη Γερμανία, εξελίσσεται μετά την ανακοίνωση των εκλογικών αποτελεσμάτων, που κατέδειξαν ότι η οριακή διαφορά των δύο πρώτων αφήνει ανοιχτά πολλά μετεκλογικά σενάρια.

Με όλες τις ψήφους να έχουν καταμετρηθεί από τις εφορευτικές επιτροπές, οι Σοσιαλδημοκράτες (SPD) αναδεικνύονται νικητές των βουλευτικών εκλογών, μπροστά από τη συντηρητική παράταξη της απερχόμενης καγκελαρίου Άνγκελα Μέρκελ, τη Χριστιανική Ένωση (CDU/CSU), σύμφωνα με τον ιστότοπο της εθνικής εκλογικής επιτροπής.

Το SPD συγκεντρώνει το 25,7% των ψήφων, το καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα που έχει καταγράψει εδώ και πολλά χρόνια, ενώ τα CDU/CSU έλαβαν 24,1% (–8,9% σε σύγκριση με τις προηγούμενες εκλογές). Σημείωσαν με άλλα λόγια τη χειρότερη επίδοση στην ιστορία τους, έπειτα από 16 χρόνια στην κυβέρνηση.

Οι Πράσινοι καταγράφουν το υψηλότερο ποσοστό από ιδρύσεως του κόμματος, εξασφαλίζουν το 14,8% των ψήφων και αναδεικνύονται σε τρίτη δύναμη της Bundestag, της ομοσπονδιακής κάτω Βουλής.

Το κόμμα των Ελεύθερων Δημοκρατών (FDP) βελτιώνει τη θέση του, συγκεντρώνοντας το 11,5% των ψήφων. Το ξενοφοβικό, ακροδεξιό κόμμα Εναλλακτική για τη Γερμανία (AfD) πέφτει από την τρίτη στην πέμπτη θέση, με το 10,3% των ψήφων. Το κόμμα «Η Αριστερά» πέφτει στο 4,9%.

Γρίφος η επόμενη ημέρα

Με αυτά τα αποτελέσματα, θα αρχίσουν οι διαπραγματεύσεις για τον σχηματισμό συνασπισμού με νέο καγκελάριο στο τιμόνι. Η ίδια η Άνγκελα Μέρκελ θα παραμείνει ως πρωθυπουργός καγκελαρίου και θα αποχωρήσει από το αξίωμα μετά το διορισμό νέου καγκελαρίου την περίοδο των Χριστουγέννων.

Ο μεγάλος νικητής των εκλογών, ο Όλαφ Σολτς, δήλωσε ότι δεν προτίθεται να συμμετέχει σε κυβερνητικό συνασπισμό με το CDU, καθώς η κάλπη έστειλε ξεκάθαρο μήνυμα για αλλαγή πλεύσης στη γερμανική πολιτική.

Έτσι, Σοσιαλδημοκράτες και Χριστινοδημοκράτες θα προσπαθήσουν να πείσουν Πράσινους και Φιλελευθέρους να τους ακολουθήσουν στο πολιτικό τους σχέδιο και στο νέο κυβερνητικό σχήμα. Το «παζάρι» φαίνεται ότι θα κρατήσει αρκετά, με τους «μικρούς» να προσπαθούν να εξασφαλίσουν δεσμεύσεις και κυβερνητικές θέσεις.

Μετά τις εκλογές, παραδοσιακά οι ηγέτες των κοινοβουλευτικών κομμάτων συμμετέχουν σε μία μετεκλογική συζήτηση που μεταδίδεται από τη Δημόσια Τηλεόραση της Γερμανίας. Το μετεκλογικό ντιμπέιτ ονομάζεται «στρογγυλό τραπέζι Ελεφάντων» και φαίνονται οι προθέσεις των πολιτικών σχηματισμών για την επόμενη μέρα.

Εκεί οι Όλαφ Σολτς και Άρμιν Λάσετ τοποθετήθηκαν για το χρονοδιάγραμμα σχηματισμού κυβέρνησης. Σε ερώτηση εάν μπορεί να σχηματιστεί κυβέρνηση πριν τα Χριστούγεννα, ο ηγέτης του CDU σημείωσε ότι σίγουρα ο στόχος είναι αυτός, επισημαίνοντας ότι η κυβέρνηση πρέπει να οριστικοποιηθεί πριν αναλάβει η Γερμανία την προεδρία της G7 τον Ιανουάριο του 2022.

Ο Σολτς δήλωσε: «Δεν θα ήθελα να αναφέρω μια συγκεκριμένη ημερομηνία, αλλά σίγουρα πρέπει να κάνουμε ό, τι μπορούμε μέχρι τα Χριστούγεννα, αν όχι πολύ πριν. Πρέπει να δείξουμε πολιτική βούληση και να συνάψουμε συμβιβασμούς που δεν θα λειτουργούν μόνο στα χαρτιά».

Μέχρι να καταλήξουν οι διαπραγματεύσεις μεταξύ των κομμάτων, υπηρεσιακή καγκελάριος θα είναι η Άνγκελα Μέρκελ. Σχόλια στον γερμανικό και όχι μόνο Τύπο, αναφέρουν ότι μπορεί να είναι αυτή που θα ευχηθεί ως καγκελάριος «καλά Χριστούγεννα» στους Γερμανούς.

Αριθμητικά, πάντως, είναι εφικτοί μια σειρά από πιθανούς κυβερνητικούς συνασπισμούς:

  • Ένας «μεγάλος» συνασπισμός SPD-CDU/CSU
  • Ένας συνασπισμός «Τζαμάικα» με CDU/CSU, Πράσινους, FDP
  • Ένας συνασπισμός «φανάρι κυκλοφορίας» με SPD, Πράσινους, FDP
  • ΔΕΝ είναι εφικτός ο συνασπισμός SPD, Πρασίνων, Αριστεράς.

Ρυθμιστές Πράσινοι και Φιλελεύθεροι

Ο πρόεδρος των Φιλελευθέρων, Κρίστιαν Λίντερ, επεσήμανε για μια ακόμη φορά ότι τα περισσότερα κοινά σημεία οι Φιλελεύθεροι τα έχουν με το CDU και το CSU. Παράλληλα, δήλωσε όμως ότι είναι ανοιχτός και για συνομιλίες με τους Σοσιαλδημοκράτες. Στόχος του είναι μια «κυβέρνηση του Kέντρου».

Ικανοποιημένοι για τη αύξηση της εκλογικής τους δύναμης είναι οι Πράσινοι. Πρόκειται για το καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα σε εθνικές εκλογές, τονίζουν στελέχη του σε δημόσιες δηλώσεις. Η Γερμανία έχει ανάγκη από μια «κυβέρνηση (για την προστασία) του κλίματος» τόνισε η υποψήφια καγκελάριος Ανναλένα Μπερμποκ.

Ο δε συμπρόεδρος του κόμματος, Ρόμπερτ Χάμπεκ, διαβεβαίωσε ότι οι Πράσινοι θέλουν να κυβερνήσουν και ότι υπάρχει «μια καλή ευκαιρία» να συμμετέχουν στην επόμενη κυβέρνηση από θέση ισχύος. Όπως και οι Φιλελεύθεροι, άφησαν ανοιχτό αν θα κυβερνήσουν με τους Σοσιαλδημοκράτες ή με τους Χριστιανοδημοκράτες.

Απογοήτευση επικρατεί στους κόλπους του κόμματος Die Linke για τις εκλογικές απώλειες. Σύμφωνα με τη συμπρόεδρο του κόμματος Die Linke, Σουζάνε Χένιχ-Βέλζο, αιτία για τη συρρίκνωση της εκλογικής δύναμης του κόμματος ήταν η πόλωση στον προεκλογικό αγώνα ανάμεσα σε Όλαφ Σολτς και Άρμιν Λάσετ. Τόσο η κ. Χένιχ-Βέλζο όσο και άλλα ηγετικά στελέχη του κόμματος επεσήμαναν την αναγκαιότητα της επανεξέτασης των θέσεων του Die Linke.
