Γλυκά Νερά: «Θα δούμε εκπλήξεις τις επόμενες ημέρες για το κίνητρο του δολοφόνου της Καρολάιν»

Βέβαιος ο δικηγόρος της οικογένειας της Καρολάιν ότι το έγκλημα ήταν προμελετημένο – Παραδειγματική τιμωρία του συζυγοκτόνου ζητούν οι γονείς της αδικοχαμένης 20χρονης.

Αποκαλύψεις έρχονται το επόμενο διάστημα σχετικά με το κίνητρο της δολοφονίας της Καρολάιν, σύμφωνα με τον δικηγόρο της οικογένειας της αδικοχαμένης 20χρονης, Θανάση Χαρμάνη.

Με το θέμα του μωρού προσωρινά τακτοποιημένο, ο δικηγόρος της οικογένειας του θύματος προανήγγειλε την επιθυμία των εντολέων του να ασχοληθούν με την ποινική δικογραφία και τα σκοτεινά της σημεία.

«Η μικρή Λυδία έχει ήδη παραδοθεί με ομαλό τρόπο στην οικογένεια της Καρολάιν. Για τους γονείς της Καρολάιν η μικρή Λυδία θα είναι μια όαση χαράς μέσα στην έρημο της λύπης τους. Οι γονείς της Καρολάιν και ειδικά η μαμά της, η Σουζάνα, θα ασχολείται με το παιδί και έτσι το μυαλό της δεν θα γυρνάει συνέχεια στα ίδια και στα ίδια τραγικά γεγονότα», λέει ο δικηγόρος, σχολιάζοντας την απόφαση της Εισαγγελίας Ανηλίκων να δοθεί προσωρινά η επιμέλεια του βρέφους στους γονείς της δολοφονημένης μητέρας της.

Μάλιστα, σε δηλώσεις του στο newsbeast.gr, ο Θανάσης Χαρμάνης προανήγγειλε πως «θα δούμε εκπλήξεις τις επόμενες ημέρες για το κίνητρο του δολοφόνου».

Δήλωσε επίσης βεβαιότητα ότι η μόνιμη επιμέλεια της μικρής Λυδίας θα παραμείνει στους παππούδες της (η σχετική απόφαση θα παρθεί πιθανότατα τον Σεπτέμβρη): «Οι συντριπτικές πιθανότητες είναι η επιμέλεια να παραμείνει στην οικογένεια της Καρολάιν. Αυτό που περιμένουμε είναι δηλαδή είναι να επικυρωθεί αυτή η προσωρινή απόφαση της εισαγγελίας ανηλίκων».

«Ο Αναγνωστόπουλος έχασε το ρόλο του πατέρα»

Άλλωστε, όπως τονίζει ο κος Χαρμάνης ο Αναγνωστόπουλος έχασε το ρόλο του πατέρα, εξέλιξη που σύμφωνα με τον δικηγόρο της οικογένειας της Καρολάιν θα παραμείνει έτσι για πολύ καιρό.

Όπως εξηγεί: «Για να αλλάξει ή να αρθεί αυτή η απόφαση θα πάρει χρόνια και θα απαιτηθεί καταρχάς προσφυγή στο δικαστήριο από τον Αναγνωστόπουλο και έπειτα δικαστική απόφαση. Με όλα όσα έχει μπροστά του ο καθ’ ομολογίαν δολοφόνος, μια τέτοια απόφαση είναι πολύ δύσκολη. Θα υπάρχουν φυσικά προϋποθέσεις αλλαγής αυτής της απόφασης, με βασικότερη το τι θα επιθυμεί η ίδια η Λυδία όταν φτάσει σε ηλικία που θα μπορεί να το κρίνει μόνη της.

Στο έτερο πολύ κρίσιμο ερώτημα, σε αυτό δηλαδή που όλη η κοινωνία μοιάζει να σκέφτεται αυτή τη στιγμή και αυτό δεν είναι άλλο από το μέλλον της μικρής Λυδίας και πως θα εισαχθεί το μωρό όταν μεγαλώσει στην φρικιαστική λεπτομέρεια της δολοφονίας της μητέρας της, από τον ίδιο της τον πατέρα, ο κος Χαρμάνης λέει πως:

«Το περιβάλλον της Αλόννησου θα την προστατέψει απόλυτα σε αυτό το κομμάτι της μη έκθεσης σε αυτή την πληροφορία. Η τοπική κοινωνία θα την προστατέψει για όσο καιρό απαιτηθεί και θα λειτουργήσει σαν προστατευτικό κουκούλι. Από εκεί και έπειτα, οι γονείς της Καρολάιν θα πάρουν την γνώμη όσων ειδικών χρειαστεί για το ποιος είναι ο πιο κατάλληλος τρόπος και πότε, για να μάθει η μικρή Λυδία την αλήθεια».

Όσο για το τι επιθυμεί η οικογένεια της Καρολάιν να συμβεί με την τιμωρία του Αναγνωστοπούλου, ο κος Χαρμάνης τονίζει: «Οι γονείς της Καρολάιν θέλουν ο Αναγνωστόπουλος να τιμωρηθεί παραδειγματικά. Θέλουν να μείνει στη φυλακή όσο περισσότερο γίνεται».

Τέλος, για τις πολλές εικασίες και προβλέψεις που γίνονται στα media για τα χρόνια (ονομαστικά και αληθινά) που θα εκτίσει τελικά ο καθ’ ομολογίαν δολοφόνος στη φυλακή, ο κος Χαρμάνης λέει ότι δεν θέλει να κάνει και ο ίδιος μαντεψιές όμως όπως τονίζει: «τα ελαφρυντικά που λένε ότι θα καταφέρει να πάρει ο Αναγνωστόπουλος, προσωπικά δεν με φοβίζουν. Η συμπεριφορά του τις 37 ολόκληρες ημέρες, στις οποίες κρατούσε μυστική τη δολοφονία, με όλα τα ψέματα που είχε αυτή η συμπεριφορά, θα μειώσει σημαντικά τις πιθανότητες του για ελαφρυντικά. Αυτή είναι η εκτίμησή μου. Αυτό που επίσης θα φανεί με τρόπο ισχυρό είναι ότι δεν πρόκειται για έγκλημα που τελέστηκε εν βρασμώ ψυχής.

Το έγκλημα ήταν προμελετημένο και όπως έχω ξαναπεί είναι στο κίνητρο του δολοφόνου που θα δούμε εκπλήξεις τις επόμενες ημέρες. Το κίνητρο του δολοφόνου είναι αυτό που πιθανόν θα “δέσει” το ότι έγκλημα ήταν προμελετημένο».
