Να μην πληρώσουν οι λαοί την κρίση – Λύση τώρα για να μη διαλυθεί το ευρώ

Θα διαλυθεί η Ενωση γιατί δεν μπορεί πλέον να λειτουργεί με γραφειοκρατικούς όρους και με εμμονές.

Για ακόμη μια φορά η Ευρωπαϊκή Ενωση, όχι των λαών, αλλά των συμφερόντων συγκεκριμένων χωρών, δεν στάθηκε στο ύψος των ιστορικών περιστάσεων.
Ισως δε είναι η πλέον ιστορική στιγμή για την ΕΕ, για το ευρωπαϊκό οικοδόμημα για το οποίο έχουν γίνει τεράστιες προσπάθειες τα τελευταία χρόνια προκειμένου να αντέξει.

Οποιος γνωρίζει ελάχιστα από το πώς λειτουργεί η Ενωση, αυτό το γραφειοκρατικό «τέρας» στο οποίο οι αποφάσεις λαμβάνονται με πολύ κόπο και χωρίς ιδιαίτερη αίσθηση των αναγκών των ευρωπαϊκών λαών, δεν εξεπλάγην από τη… μη απόφαση της Συνόδου Κορυφής.
Οι ευρωπαίοι ηγέτες είναι συνηθισμένοι να κλωτσούν το μπαλάκι πιο πέρα, να βάζουν τα προβλήματα κάτω από το χαλί, αδιαφορώντας για το πώς βιώνουν τα μείζονα προβλήματα οι ευρωπαίοι πολίτες.
Στην προκειμένη περίπτωση δεν έχουμε να κάνουμε με την κρίση που μπορεί να βιώνει μια χώρα όπως η Ελλάδα, επομένως να μπορεί να δικαιολογηθεί η άρνηση έκδοσης ευρω-ομολόγου.
Είναι προφανές ότι η αντιμετώπιση της ελληνικής κρίσης δεν ήταν και η ορθότερη, όπως λανθασμένες ήταν και οι κινήσεις των ελληνικών κυβερνήσεων από το 2010 και μετά.
Ποιος θα ξεχάσει το τεράστιο λάθος της κυβέρνησης Σαμαρά να χαλαρώσει την οικονομική πολιτική της γιατί πλησίαζαν οι εκλογές;
Και ποιος θα ξεχάσει βεβαίως τη… λεβέντικη διαπραγμάτευση των Τσίπρα – Βαρουφάκη που οδήγησαν τη χώρα στη χρεοκοπία, το εξευτελιστικό δημοψήφισμα, το σκληρότερο μνημόνιο που ζήσαμε ποτέ.
Αυτά, όμως, είναι παρελθόν, το παρόν λέει ότι η Ευρώπη βιώνει τη χειρότερη οικονομική κρίση που πέρασε ποτέ εξαιτίας του κοροναϊού. Και βρισκόμαστε ακόμη στην αρχή. Κανείς δεν γνωρίζει αν η ζημιά θα είναι ανεπανόρθωτη, κανείς δεν ξέρει αν θα αντέξει ακόμη και το ίδιο το ευρώ.
Η Σύνοδος Κορυφής, που έγινε με τηλεδιάσκεψη, ήταν μια ακόμη παταγώδης αποτυχία της ΕΕ να προστατεύσει ακόμη και το ίδιο το ευρώ. Με ευθύνη των πλούσιων χωρών της Ευρώπης, που δεν θέλουν το ευρω-ομόλογο, δηλαδή επί της ουσίας να μοιραστεί το ευρωπαϊκό χρέος σε όλους, αυτή τη στιγμή είναι τα πάντα στο αέρα.
Οι δύο εβδομάδες προθεσμία που δόθηκαν για να κατατεθούν προτάσεις μοιάζουν ακριβώς με το τενεκεδάκι που κλωτσάμε, αλλά θα το βρούμε ξανά μπροστά μας.
Είναι σίγουρο ότι οι υπουργοί Οικονομικών δεν θα μπορέσουν να βρουν τη λύση που δε βρήκαν μέχρι σήμερα. Και είναι σίγουρο ότι θα επιχειρηθεί μια ακόμη συμβιβαστική πρόταση η οποία θα βολεύει τις χώρες του Βορρά και θα καταδικάζει τις χώρες του Νότου σε σκληρή λιτότητα.
Υπό τις παρούσες συνθήκες είναι σίγουρο ότι την κρίση του κοροναϊού θα την πληρώσουν οι εργαζόμενοι. Χιλιάδες απολύσεις θα γίνουν, επιχειρήσεις θα βάλουν λουκέτο, περικοπές μισθών θα αποφασιστούν, θα έρθει περαιτέρω φτωχοποίηση ενός τμήματος της Ευρωπαϊκής Ενωσης που έτσι κι αλλιώς είναι φτωχό σε σχέση με τον Βορρά.
Προφανώς η κ. Μέρκελ και οι δορυφόροι της θέλουν τους νότιους «σερβιτόρους» της Ευρώπης όπου θα εξυπηρετούν τους πλούσιους τουρίστες των χωρών του Βορρά.
Δεν εξηγείται αλλιώς η εμμονή στη μη έκδοση του corona bonds, ουσιαστικά και για να λέμε τα πράγματά με το όνομά τους, στην εκτύπωση χρήματος.
Όμως, δεν φαίνεται να υπάρχει άλλη λύση. Η χρησιμοποίηση του ESM, ενός μηχανισμού δηλαδή που επί της ουσίας θα δίνει δάνεια με μνημόνια, δεν είναι λύση που εξυπηρετεί τους λαούς.
Προφανώς και τα «λεφτόδεντρα» είναι το τελευταίο όπλο που έχουν οι Ευρωπαίοι. Όμως, τώρα είναι και η τελευταία ευκαιρία της Ευρώπης να κρατηθεί στη ζωή.
Αν μετά το Brexit ακολουθήσει ένα Ital-exit ή ένα Spain-exit τότε είναι καλύτερα από τώρα να πουν οι Γερμανοί αντί στο ευρώ.
Θα διαλυθεί η Ενωση γιατί δεν μπορεί πλέον να λειτουργεί με γραφειοκρατικούς όρους και με εμμονές.
Οι πολίτες δεν μπορούν να πληρώσουν μια κρίση που δεν δημιούργησαν. Εδώ δεν έχουμε να κάνουμε με κάποιους… χαβαλέδες λαούς που σκορπούσαν λεφτά που δεν είχαν κι έπρεπε να πληρώσουν το τίμημα.
Εχουμε να κάνουμε με μια έκτακτη περίπτωση, με μια πρωτοφανή κρίση που δεν δημιουργήθηκε από κάποιο οικονομικό «πάρτι» των νοτίων που δεν ανέχονται οι βόρειοι.
Η Ελλάδα και οι μικρές χώρες έχουν ωφεληθεί τα μέγιστα από το ευρωπαϊκό οικοδόμημα. Δεν μπορούμε καν να φανταστούμε πώς θα ήταν η χώρα μας αν δεν ήταν μέλος αυτού του κλειστού κλαμπ. Μάλλον τριτοκοσμική χώρα θα ήταν.
Τώρα, λοιπόν, που απειλείται άμεσα το ευρωπαϊκό οικοδόμημα είναι η στιγμή που όσοι λαμβάνουν αποφάσεις πρέπει να σταθούν στο ύψος των περιστάσεων. Αλλιώς θα έχουν υπογράψει την καταδίκη της Ενωσης.
Η κ. Μέρκελ βρίσκεται στο τέλος του πολιτικού της βίου. Επιτυχημένη ή αποτυχημένη θα κριθεί σύντομα.
Επειδή, όμως, τα στερνά τιμούν τα πρώτα, αν η γερμανίδα καγκελάριος θέλει να γραφτεί στην Ιστορία με χρυσά γράμματα το μόνο που έχει να κάνει είναι να προστατέψει το ευρώ.
Να διασώσει την Ευρωπαϊκή Ενωση και να δώσει την ευκαιρία στους αδύναμους λαούς να μην πνιγούν σε μια ατέρμονη φτώχεια.
