Στις ουρές των ATM οι συνταξιούχοι αναστενάζουν

Δεύτερη ημέρα μεγάλου συνωστισμού στα ΑΤΜ των τραπεζών, καθώς χθες πιστώθηκε το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των συντάξεων του Απριλίου και οι περισσότεροι σπεύδουν να πάρουν τα χρήματα που χρειάζονται. Από την άλλη πλευρά, η απόφαση των τραπεζών να περιορίσουν σημαντικά τις συναλλαγές μέσα στα καταστήματα ωθεί χιλιάδες πολίτες στα ΑΤΜ για την εξόφληση λογαριασμών και την πληρωμή δόσεων ταμείων.
Μάλιστα η πρόσφατη απαγόρευση συναλλαγών για ποσά μικρότερα των 400 ευρώ (1000 ευρώ για καταθέσεις) στα γκισέ αυξάνει ακόμα περισσότερο την πίεση στα μηχανήματα αυτόματης ανάληψης ή κατάθεσης χρημάτων.

Έτσι ουρές σχηματίζονται από νωρίς το πρωί έξω από τα υποκαταστήματα τραπεζών, χωρίς πολλές φορές να τηρούνται οι αποστάσεις ασφαλείας και περισσότερο χωρίς να απολυμαίνονται τα πλήκτρα των μηχανημάτων, τα οποία αγγίζουν χιλιάδες χέρια. Κι αυτό είναι κάτι που θα έπρεπε να έχουν προβλέψει οι τράπεζες, ώστε πολύ συχνά μέσα στην ημέρα να ψεκάζονται τα πλήκτρα με ειδικό υγρό.

Σύμφωνα με τα απαγορευτικά μέτρα και τις συστάσεις των ειδικών για τους κινδύνους διασποράς και εξάπλωσης του κορωνοϊού, οι τράπεζες έχουν ορίσει μέγιστο αριθμό στους πελάτες που μπορούν να εισέρχονται ανά κατάστημα, κάτι το οποίο καθορίζεται από το εμβαδόν του καταστήματος.

Συνταξιούχοι βρέθηκαν από το πρωί στα υποκαταστήματα για να λάβουν τις συντάξεις του Απριλίου, αλλά και νεότεροι που θέλησαν να εξυπηρετήσουν τους γονείς τους. Η αστυνομία ανησυχεί για έκρηξη απάτης με πρόφαση την εξυπηρέτηση υπερηλίκων, που δεν μπορούν να μεταβούν στα ΑΤΜ και ζητούν από τρίτα πρόσωπα να τους εξυπηρετήσουν αποκαλύπτοντας το ΡΙΝ, με προφανείς κινδύνους.

Παρέμβαση της ΔΙΑΣ
Για τις ουρές στις τράπεζες υπήρξε παρέμβαση της αστυνομίας.
Έτσι με εντολή από το κέντρο επιχειρήσεων της ΓΑΔΑ άνδρες της ΔΙΑΣ μετέβησαν έξω από τις τράπεζες για να βοηθούν τους πολίτες να κρατούν τις απαιτούμενες αποστάσεις.
Ήδη η κατάσταση σε ορισμένα υποκαταστήματα, όπως αυτό στον Πειραιά, είναι καλύτερη, με τους αστυνομικούς να βάζουν σε τάξη τον κόσμο.
