Σε καραντίνα 12 περιοχές στην Τουρκία - Ανοίγουν τάφους στην Κωνσταντινούπολη (Εικόνες)

Δώδεκα περιοχές στην βόρεια-βορειοανατολική Τουρκία στην περιοχή Ριζούντα του Πόντου τέθηκαν σε αυστηρή καραντίνα με πλήρη απαγόρευση εισόδου - εξόδου για όλους τους κατοίκους.
Το μέτρο αυτό ελήφθη διότι διαπιστώθηκε πως ο βασικός πυρήνας επιμόλυνσης με τον κορωνοϊό του τουρκικού πληθυσμού είναι 25.000 Τούρκοι προσκυνητές στη Μέκκα, οι οποίοι όταν επέστρεψαν από το προσκύημα, δεν ελέγχθηκαν καθόλου παρά μόνο 6.500 από αυτούς αλλά με εξαιρετικά επιπόλαιο τρόπο. Ένα μεγάλο ποσοστό αυτών των προσκυνητών προέρχεται από τον ευρύτερο χώρο της Ριζούντας.
Εντωμεταξύ οι δημοτικές αρχές του μητροπολιτικού δήμου της Κωνσταντινούπολης, παραχώρησαν δύο νέα νεκροταφεία τα οποία προορίζονται μόνο για τους νεκρούς από τον κορωνοϊό. Αργά το βράδυ της Παρασκευής ανακοινώθηκε πως ουδείς έχει πλέον τη δυνατότητα να εισέλθει ή να εξέλθει χωρίς ειδική άδεια από το προεδρικό μέγαρο Ακ Σαράι του Τ. Ερντογάν στην Άγκυρα.

Οι τουρκικές αρχές έθεσαν 12 περιοχές σε καραντίνα, ένα νέο μέτρο που επιβάλλεται στη χώρα, που στοχεύει στον περιορισμό της εξάπλωσης της επιδημίας του νέου κορωνοϊού, ανακοίνωσε σήμερα ο υπουργός Εσωτερικών Σουλεϊμάν Σοϊλού.
«Συνολικά δώδεκα πόλεις και χωριά τέθηκαν σε καραντίνα», δήλωσε, αναφέροντας ότι πέντε από αυτές τις τοποθεσίες βρίσκονται στο βορειοανατολικό τμήμα της χώρας, χωρίς να δώσει λεπτομέρειες για τις υπόλοιπες.
Νωρίτερα, η υπηρεσία υγείας της επαρχίας Ριζούντας, στην βορειοανατολική Τουρκία, τόνισε πως μια πόλη και τέσσερα χωριά στην επαρχία αυτή τέθηκαν σε καραντίνα.
Πρόκειται για την πόλη Κεντιρλί, με περίπου 3.000 κατοίκους, και τα γειτονικά χωριά Γιενί Σελιμιγιέ, Μπεστέπε, Εσεντέπε και Μαλτέπε.
«Τα σημεία πρόσβασης σε αυτές τις περιοχές θα παρακολουθούνται και δεν θα επιτρέπεται η είσοδος και η έξοδος», ανέφερε σε ανακοίνωσή της η υπηρεσία υγείας, προσθέτοντας ότι οι κάτοικοι πρέπει να παραμένουν στα σπίτια τους και να βγαίνουν μόνο «σε έκτακτες ανάγκες».
Επιπλέον, οι αρχές θα καταρτίσουν κατάλογο των κατοίκων των πέντε περιοχών που παρουσιάζουν συμπτώματα, όπως βήχας ή πυρετός, προκειμένου να διεξάγουν τεστ για τον Covid-19, διευκρίνισε η υπηρεσία.

Ερωτηθείς από την κρατική τηλεόραση TRT, ο δήμαρχος της πόλης Κεντιρλί, Αλαετίν Σερντάρ, δήλωσε ότι αυτή η απόφαση ελήφθη «μετά το θάνατο χθες (Πέμπτη) ενός ασθενούς» από τον Covid-19 σε αυτή την πόλη.
Η τοποθέτηση σε καραντίνα «είναι ένα προληπτικό μέτρο για να διασφαλιστεί ότι ο αριθμός των ασθενών δεν θα αυξηθεί», πρόσθεσε, χωρίς να αναφέρει πόσοι από τους κατοίκους της πόλης έχουν επηρεαστεί.
5.698 κρούσματα και 92 θάνατοι
Είναι η πρώτη φορά που η Τουρκία θέτει τοποθεσίες σε καραντίνα μετά την έναρξη της πανδημίας.
Η χώρα έχει καταγεγραμμένα 5.698 κρούσματα του νέου κορωνοϊού, συμπεριλαμβανομένων 92 θανάτων, σύμφωνα με τα τελευταία στοιχεία που ανακοίνωσε λίγο νωρίτερα σήμερα ο υπουργός Υγείας Φαχρετίν Κοτζά.
Η Άγκυρα έχει λάβει ορισμένα μέτρα για να προσπαθήσει να περιορίσει την εξάπλωση του ιού: Τον κατ’ οίκον περιορισμό για ανθρώπους άνω των 65 ετών και για τα άτομα με χρόνιες ασθένειες. Τα σχολεία έχουν κλείσει μέχρι το τέλος Απριλίου και σχεδόν όλες οι αεροπορικές συνδέσεις έχουν ανασταλεί.
Ο υπουργός Εσωτερικών Σοιλού ανακοίνωσε παράλληλα σήμερα περιορισμούς στα δρομολόγια υπεραστικών λεωφορείων και απαγόρευση περιπάτων και ψαρέματος κατά μήκος των ακτών και των παραλιών, καθώς και τζόκινγκ σε δάση και πάρκα τα Σαββατοκύριακα.
Τέλος, ανέφερε πως οι τουρκικές αρχές έχουν συλλάβει τις τελευταίες ημέρες 477 χρήστες του διαδικτύου που κατηγορούνται για διασπορά αβάσιμων πληροφοριών σχετικά με τον Covid-19, 67 συλλήψεις περισσότερες από όσες ανακοίνωσε ο ίδιος την Τετάρτη.
