Ανακοινώθηκαν 1.269 κρούσματα σε 24 ώρες

Σήμερα, Κυριακή 28 Φεβρουαρίου, ο Εθνικός Οργανισμός Δημόσιας Υγείας ανακοίνωσε 1.269 νέα κρούσματα Covid-19 στην Ελλάδα, αριθμός μικρότερος από τα 1.630 που καταγράφηκαν το προηγούμενο 24ωρο.

Παράλληλα, σύμφωνα με την ενημέρωση του ΕΟΔΥ, 391 ασθενείς βρίσκονται διασωληνωμένοι στις ΜΕΘ, ενώ έχουν καταγραφεί 36 νέοι θάνατοι το τελευταίο 24ωρο.

Αρνητικό ρεκόρ Κυριακής για το έτος 2021 σημειώθηκε σήμερα με βάση τα νούμερα που ανακοίνωσε ο ΕΟΔΥ σε ένα 24ωρο, που προέκυψαν με 26.330 τεστ.

Ο αριθμός των σημερινών κρουσμάτων αποτελεί τον μεγαλύτερο που καταγράφηκε ημέρα Κυριακή, εδώ και 3 μήνες, αφού η τελευταία Κυριακή κατά την οποία ανακοινώθηκε τριψήφιος αριθμός κρουσμάτων ήταν στις 29 Νοεμβρίου 2020.

Ο μέσος όρος αυτής της εβδομάδας είναι 1.630 κρούσματα, σημειώθηκε, δηλαδή, άνοδος κατά 50% σε σύγκριση με την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα.

Χθες, Σάββατο 27 Φεβρουαρίου, καταγράφηκαν 1.630 κρούσματα ενώ οι διασωληνωμένοι ασθενείς ήταν 379 και οι θάνατοι που ανακοινώθηκαν για την ημέρα αυτή 29. Υπενθυμίζεται πως τα περισσότερα σε αριθμό κρούσματα που έχει καταγράψει ο ΕΟΔΥ σε μία ημέρα ανακοινώθηκαν την Πέμπτη 12 Νοεμβρίου, όταν εντοπίστηκαν 3.316 περιπτώσεις σε ένα 24ωρο. Επίσης, ο μεγαλύτερος αριθμός θανάτων εξαιτίας του ιού σε ένα 24ωρο καταγράφηκε το Σάββατο 28 Νοεμβρίου, όταν έχασαν τη ζωή τους 121 ασθενείς.

Αναλυτικά η ανακοίνωση του ΕΟΔΥ την Κυριακή 28 Φεβρουαρίου:

Τα στοιχεία που παρουσιάζονται αφορούν περιστατικά από την επιδημιολογική επιτήρηση της νόσου από το νέο κορωνοϊό (COVID19), με βάση τα δεδομένα που έχουν δηλωθεί στον ΕΟΔΥ και καταγραφεί μέχρι τις 28 Φεβρουαρίου 2021 (ώρα 15:00). Τα νέα εργαστηριακά επιβεβαιωμένα κρούσματα της νόσου που καταγράφηκαν τις τελευταίες 24 ώρες είναι 1.269, εκ των οποίων 1 εντοπίστηκε κατόπιν ελέγχων στις πύλες εισόδου της χώρας. Ο συνολικός αριθμός των κρουσμάτων ανέρχεται σε 191.100 (ημερήσια μεταβολή +0.7%), εκ των οποίων 51.7% άνδρες. Με βάση τα επιβεβαιωμένα κρούσματα των τελευταίων 7 ημερών, 53 θεωρούνται σχετιζόμενα με ταξίδι από το εξωτερικό και 2.671 είναι σχετιζόμενα με ήδη γνωστό κρούσμα. Ημερήσια εξέλιξη της πανδημίας: Η ημερήσια κατανομή των επιβεβαιωμένων κρουσμάτων είναι η ακόλουθη (η γραμμή παριστάνει την συνολική, αθροιστική κατανομή των κρουσμάτων).

Οι νέοι θάνατοι ασθενών με COVID-19 είναι 36, ενώ από την έναρξη της επιδημίας έχουν καταγραφεί συνολικά 6.504 θάνατοι. Το 95.7% είχε υποκείμενο νόσημα ή/και ηλικία 70 ετών και άνω.

Η διαχρονική εξέλιξη των συνολικών κρουσμάτων και συνολικού αριθμού των θανάτων ασθενών COVID-19 παρουσιάζεται στο ακόλουθο διάγραμμα.

Ο αριθμός των ασθενών που νοσηλεύονται διασωληνωμένοι είναι 391 (70.6% άνδρες). Η διάμεση ηλικία τους είναι 68 έτη. To 84.4% έχει υποκείμενο νόσημα ή/και ηλικία 70 ετών και άνω. Από την αρχή της πανδημίας έχουν εξέλθει από τις ΜΕΘ 1.341 ασθενείς. Οι νέες εισαγωγές1 ασθενών Covid-19 στα νοσοκομεία της επικράτειας είναι 291 (ημερήσια μεταβολή -15.90%). Ο μέσος όρος εισαγωγών του επταημέρου είναι 290 ασθενείς. Hλικιακή κατανομή: Η διάμεση ηλικία των κρουσμάτων είναι 44 έτη (εύρος 0.2 έως 105 έτη), ενώ η διάμεση ηλικία των θανόντων είναι 79 έτη (εύρος 15 έως 103 έτη).

Ακολούθως παρουσιάζεται η ηλικιακή κατανομή των (α) συνολικών κρουσμάτων, (β) των περιστατικών που κατέληξαν σε θάνατο και (γ) των ασθενών που νοσηλεύονται διασωληνωμένοι:

Κατανομή ανακοινωθέντων εγχώριων κρουσμάτων: Από το σύνολο των 1.269 νέων κρουσμάτων του νέου ιού στη χώρα 4 είναι εισαγόμενα εκ των οποίων 1 εντοπίστηκε κατόπιν ελέγχων στις πύλες εισόδου της χώρας. Η κατανομή των 1.265 νέων εγχώριων κρουσμάτων ανά Περιφερειακή Ενότητα παρουσιάζεται στον κατωτέρω πίνακα.2

Δείγματα που έχουν ελεγχθεί: Από την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2020 μέχρι σήμερα, στα εργαστήρια που διενεργούν ελέγχους για τον νέο κορωνοϊό (SARS-CoV-2) και που δηλώνουν συστηματικά το σύνολο των δειγμάτων που ελέγχουν, έχουν συνολικά ελεγχθεί 3.648.549 κλινικά δείγματα ενώ από Μονάδες Υγείας και Κλιμάκια του ΕΟΔΥ που διενεργούν ελέγχους Rapid Ag έχουν ελεγχθεί 1.587.313 δείγματα. O μέσος όρος του επταημέρου είναι 41.906 δειγματοληπτικοί έλεγχοι

Γεωγραφική διασπορά: Ο χάρτης αποτυπώνει τη γεωγραφική κατανομή των συνολικών κρουσμάτων COVID-19 (από την αρχή της επιδημίας) ανά Περιφερειακή Ενότητα της χώρας, με βάση την δηλωθείσα διεύθυνση μόνιμης κατοικίας του ασθενούς, ή τη διεύθυνση προσωρινής διαμονής για τους τουρίστες και άλλους προσωρινά διαμένοντες στην Ελλάδα. Συμπεριλαμβάνονται τόσο κρούσματα με ιστορικό ταξιδίου (“εισαγόμενα”) όσο και κρούσματα με πιθανή εγχώρια μετάδοση.
